C Squad – Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

C Squad is made by Kashooba ("we"). This policy explains what the game collects and why.

1. Playing without an account

You can play offline without signing in. Your settings, progress and match history are stored only on your phone.

2. Signing in with Google

If you sign in (Friends, lobby, online matches), Google gives our game server your Google account ID and email address so we can create and protect your account. We never see your Google password. You choose a username, which other players can see.

3. What our game server stores

  • Your account ID, email address and username.
  • Your friends list, friend requests and blocked players.
  • Your soldier's look (outfit and colours), shown to friends.
  • Your progress: XP, level, stars, missions, achievements, timed rewards and ad limits, and your game settings (look, chosen guns, controls and sound) (cloud save), and leaderboard scores.
  • Crash reports (if switched on): the error, the app version and your phone's system version, linked to your account ID. You can switch this off in Settings → Game.

While you play online, your game controls and position are sent to the other players in your match, through our server or directly over your Wi-Fi.

Voice chat: the microphone is used only while you switch MIC on (it is off by default). Your voice goes live to the players in your lobby or your team, straight from phone to phone (encrypted), or through our relay server when phones can't reach each other directly. Voice is never recorded or stored by us. You can mute any player.

4. Purchases

The Game Pass is bought through Google Play. Google handles the payment; we only learn whether you own the Game Pass.

5. Ads

The game shows ads from Google AdMob: a banner on the match results, and short videos you can choose to watch to borrow a Game Pass outfit or gun for 60 minutes. To show and measure ads, Google AdMob collects your phone's advertising ID, approximate location from your IP address and information about ads shown, under Google's own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). In the European Economic Area and the UK you are asked for consent the first time; you can change it in Settings → Game → AD PRIVACY CHOICES. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone, except as needed to run the game (our server host, Google Cloud), the ads described above (Google AdMob), or when the law requires it.

7. Keeping and deleting data

Your data stays while your account exists. You can delete your account and all its data yourself in the game (Friends → your account → Delete account): it is removed at once. You can also ask us at csquadgame.com/delete-account or by email from the address you signed in with; we delete it within 30 days. Data on your phone is removed when you uninstall the game. A Game Pass you bought stays with your Google Play account.

8. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13.
